Stephen WoodChairman
With a successful and accomplished career spanning in excess of 26 years across the Australian ICT industry. Stephen is Chairman to an impressive portfolio of four businesses around the globe, and works tirelessly to uphold growth strategies for all, while remaining committed to delivering operational excellence and support for customers. Steve, as he is known, will happily apply his hand to support teams and offer advice, guidance and direction to businesses and to clients.

David BolandCEO
Having achieved first-class honours in Computer Science, David began his career building legal software solutions for friends before progressing to building a business – Documatics, a document management solution. David joined Linetime as CEO in 2019 and is key to set the vision, strategy and direction. With a dedication to ensuring the highest possible standards, David’s leadership is key to ensuring Linetime’s reputation as a responsible and reliable legal software provider.

Graham ColbourneDirector of Operations
Graham joined SOS in 1996 with a determination to evolve the software offered to the market. Having joined PracticeEvolve in 2020, Graham is now responsible for the operations across the group of companies. Graham is a keen golfer and with five children and a five Labradors, Graham has used managing the home to gain incredible skills in operations.

Matt Fiske-JacksonGlobal Head of Sales
Matt is well known amongst the UK legal community, having operated within the legal technology sector for over 20 years in both the UK and Australia. He and his team are strongly aligned to the customer focussed ethos and values of the PracticeEvolve group ensuring that new customers always receive the best possible start to their engagement with our business. Outside of work, Matt is based in South Devon and enjoys being out on the water with his family and socialising.

Pete CreberProduct Manager IRE/UK
Pete has spent 19 years as an IT Director for a firm of Solicitors in the Southwest of England. Prior to working in Legal Technology Pete worked as a Technical Services Manager for a large firm of accountants, principally servicing their client base with IT installations, and before that Pete served his country for 12 years as an Avionics Engineer in the Royal Air Force. In his downtime he likes spending time with his family, he likes all kinds of sport, especially Rugby. And living in the southwest he likes messing about in and on the water, paddle boarding, kayaking and boat fishing.

Adam BullionGeneral Manager of Marketing
Adam has worked for legal software providers since 2014. With over 20 years marketing experience, Adam has worked for a range of brands including Shell and Auto Trader. Having entered the legal market in 2014, Adam joined PracticeEvolve Group in September 2020. Prior to that Adam solidified InfoTrack’s brand within the legal market. Adam has a passion for ensuring clients are aware of the changing nature of the consumer world. With 2 young children, Adam spends his spare time training football or watching his daughter’s gymnastics.

Philip CulbertHead of Professional Services
Philip is a well-known figure within the Legal and Professional services industries. Having run his own consultancy business for nearly 20 years working with Practice Evolve, Philip decided to join the evolution in 2018. Philip is passionate about building long term relationships and providing excellent customer service. Philip is a keen endurance cyclist who continuously pushes his own limits, an ethos he brings with him to the business.

Jo FoxHead of Projects
Jo is a walking encyclopaedia of knowledge, having been with Linetime for over 20 years. Jo is responsible for our team of transformation managers working alongside clients throughout the implementation project
and beyond. Her ethos is to ensure clients are supported at all times and continues to support client’s years after go live.
Not one to take it easy, Jo loves a fast-paced environment both around the office and in her own time, as a keen runner ready for the next Marathon.

Mitch McWhirterHead of Support
Having graduated from the University of Western Sydney on 2013 with a Batchelors degree in Information and Communication Technology, Mitch joined PracticeEvolve in Australia. With his celtic roots, Mitch relocated to Ireland in 2020 to set up the UK support teams. Mitch’s passion is to always ensure the best possible experience for clients, a similar attribute he applies to his love of cooking.

Peter HuangDirector of Technology
Peter began as a software developer before beginning to develop his own software. Having joined forces with David Boland in 2008 to create PracticeEvolve, Peter has grown a team of global developers. Peter likes nothing better than coding late into the evening and is currently developing our native Cloud solution, EvolveCloud.

David BeechinorHead of Finance
David’s varied career means a wealth of knowledge and skills. Having been trained by EY, David has worked with big brands including Apple Manufacturing and Tesco. David originally started as a consultant for PracticeEvolve Group before making it permanent in 2019. David likes nothing better than seeing results within a constantly evolving company. Typical of someone who enjoys competition, David is a big rugby fan who will relax by hill walking.

Debra O'SullivanHead of HR
Debra has worked within HR for the last 17 years, obtaining multi-industry experience across hospitality, manufacturing and technology. With a wealth of accreditation’s to her name, including BA Degree (Hons)and a MSc, Debra is also CIPD qualified. Debra has a strong interest in developing cultures within the workplace for the future through strong employee engagement and leadership development. Debra remains fit with regular trips to the gym and plenty of walking.

Marc BealeClient Services Manager
Marc has over 16 years of legal technology experience which benefits both the development of SOS but also the various teams within the business. Enjoying nothing better than focusing in on delivering a solution to any problem, Marc leads the professional services team within SOS. His energy and enthusiasm is contagious, ensuring clients are provided the solutions they demand. Marc spends his spare time on a mountain bike and is a big fan of football.

Steve MatthewsDevelopment Manager
Steve started with SOS as an independent data migration consultant, moving to the Development Manager role in 2010. Steve manages the scheduling, design, production and testing of SOS products, working with a team of nine highly skilled people, taking an active role in constantly improving the SOS software. Having originally trained as a studio sound engineer in the music industry, Steve retains a keen interest in music technology and enjoys live theatre.

Natalie ColbourneConnect+ Manager
Natalie worked within law firms for over 18 years, having started her career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Having headed up the cashier team at Kennedys Solicitors in London, Natalie relocated to Bath, joining SOS in February 2010 to lead the legal cashiering service SOS provide as part of Connect+. Natalie has a passion to deliver the best level of experience to firms using Connect+ and particularly enjoys working with her “amazing team”. Having taken up running in 2012, Natalie says it is a great excuse to own more trainers than any one person needs.
