The team at SOS is very experienced within the legal sector, friendly and supportive. There is a real team bond and we regularly meet during client implementations, team meetings, and of course, our social events. My role within the Client Services Team includes meeting with clients, tailoring the application using Connect scripting tools, testing, implementation, training and support. With the role being quite varied, each day introduces new challenges and new client relationships which I find to be very satisfying and the responsibility of seeing the project through from initial project meetings to Support handover is hugely rewarding.”
