We are looking for a Technical Services Consultant to join our team. This role will be part of the Client Services Team and will require understanding of client requirements in order to create practical solutions for their business and to supply a broad range of services primarily focusing on front end customisations, integrations and to provide technical support to our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the scoping of customisation requirements for both new and existing clients across multiple products
  • Delivery of front-end system customisations and reporting across multiple products
  • Liaise with the development team on more complex technical customisations.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of PracticeEvolve’s global and regional ‘out of the box’ work type offerings
  • Assist with escalated support tickets
  • Scoping, creation and deployment of third-party integrations
  • Deliver webinar content to clients
  • Contribute to our Evolve Learning Platform
  • Assist in delivery of training and resources for clients (documentation and video)
  • Ownership of the creation and maintenance of the CS team’s Wiki
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement in departmental processes, policies, business operations, quality control and adherence to them
  • Facilitate global communications to ensure the transfer of information and skill sets that support company growth
  • Continued learning on the all group products
  • Assist with establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
  • Ensure project methodology are executed effectively within the capacity of the Client Services role

Required skills for this role:

  • Experience in a Technical Services role
  • Relevant work experience – in the Legal software market and/or Legal Office environment
  • Strong Customer focus
  • In-depth experience of business analysis and Technical Services consulting
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with report writing software SSRS, Crystal Reports, Dev Express
  • Some knowledge of object-oriented programming
  • Intermediate – SQL
  • Experience with XML, JSON
  • Experience with MS Office, Windows, CMD, Powershell
