But, with the pace of change accelerating from one year to the next, not least during the pandemic, SME law firms find themselves in a continuous learning cycle, discovering new advantages and hindrances as they witness the practical manifestations of a theoretically lucrative technology.

This research, compiled by PracticeEvolve in partnership with Legal Practice Management, was designed to check up on Cloud journeys in SME legal and discover success stories, pain points and goals for improvement.
